"This is my first review, but I had to break my code of silence to give Sainbioz my unequivocal praise.Delicious food, prix fix menu..(the famous french "formule") available and excellent customer service in a cozy ambiance! We were looking for a nice small restaurant for a romantic dinner and we nailed it!I was glad that we picked this restaurant to celebrate our anniversary.APPETIZER: I had Pumpkin risotto (famous italian "risotto alla zucca") with grated parmigiano reggiano cheese. (It was fantastic. Beautiful orange color, served in a cute, simple deep plate)My dining partner tried the Crevette and he really enjoyed them.MAIN COURSE:We both had the entrecôte. I cannot ask for a better piece of steak. It was pure perfection! It was RARE just the way we like it. It cut like butter and it was not bloody at all. DESSERT:We were quite full at this stage so we shared a Brownie which was recommended to us by our server. This brownie was very tasty, perfect texture, served with a mix of nuts and vanilla ice cream.Our server, Lola was awesome - super helpful, led us in the right direction with our dishes!If you get a chance, make sure to chat with the Chef. He's the young man in the kitchen. We saw him shaking hands with customers, and I'm pretty sure he owns the place.Overall, I thought it was an excellent value for the quality we received.
