"It started with a call at 9am for reservations (this place fills up quickly). I was on the phone with the owner for 10 seconds and the reservation was complete- talk about quick service. We arrived at 4:30, people were already waiting outside. At 5 we were seated and within 3 minutes we were eating. There is no menu at this place, they don't need one. The best fried chicken meal I've ever had, along with coleslaw, mashed potatoes with gravy, corn, green beans, fresh rolls with butter/apple butter and bean soup all for $15 a person. Dessert was extra but they had about 15+ options. They will bring you anything you want if you run out until you are full. Short hours but the staff/owner comes around to make sure you are satisfied with your meal. If you are in the area and don't eat here, you're really doing yourself a disservice. Thank you for the heart warming meal, I will eat here anytime I'm in the area."

"As I tried to cram in two birthdays, mother's day and a graduation into one dinner, not my best decision. But thank goodness we selected Red Lobster, what great service, great food. We enjoyed surf and turf, seafood special and a seafood pizza. The dinners were great. Followed up by two great desserts, cheesecake and a brownie alamode. It was a very busy evening, and the staff was great."

"Let me just preface this with saying it was Valentines night. Wife and I are new to town and this was the first place that wasn't on a bad wait.We ordered our food and received it 35 minutes later. I understand being short staffed so it may take longer to receive your food. I'm okay with that especially with our appetizer coming out pretty quickly. Beer selection is very impressive. One of the reasons for the 3 stars.The service was alright. She was very busy so I wasn't upset about it. However, when our food arrived mine was pretty cold while my wife's was fresh. Her food looked great! Mine was lackluster at best. I also didn't see a manager anywhere in the dining area checking on tables. Just an overall disappointing experience. Would really rate it a 2.5 star."

"The best Family-style Fried Chicken dinner I have ever had from an establishment! Simple, you don't have to order anything except your beverage(s). Then, simply ask the server to refill what you think you can eat more of. Fried chicken, Bean soup, Mashed Potatoes and Gravy, Corn, Bread and that SUPER-Delicious apple butter. Save room for the dessert that is included with your meal price.I have been many times over the years, and have always enjoyed with no complaints."
