"Outstanding food. Omlet was cooked perfectly, it was exactly as ordered. Waitress was attentive and obviously good at her job. She definitely earned a generous tip. The royal oak location is open 24 hours and that is greatly appreciated. Parking can be challenging but there is a parking g garage behind the restaurant that is free of charge at night.with a non typical work schedule and the 24 hour service I will be a repeat customer for the foreseeable future."

"It was late and I was far from home at dinner time, some world famous fried chicken sounded great. I placed an order for a 3 pc dark meal on the phone, and I went to pick it up. It was about an hour before closing, and there were no other customers when I got there. The hostess mumbled something as she was turning away, I had to ask her to repeat everything at least twice. It seemed that I was annoying her. I paid for my meal and was SHOCKED when she said $15.69. I thought I misunderstood. Regardless, I paid and left. When I opened the container, my first impression was that the chicken was so dark and so tiny! I expected it to taste burnt, but it didn't, maybe the color was from spices, I'm not sure. However, as a meat chicken raiser, I can assure you that this meat was from very young and small chickens. Smaller than KFC. My 2 sides were mac n cheese and seasoned fries. Both of the sides were coated in a dark spice mix, with a smell that was reminiscent of an old, stuffy Asian grocery (and not in a good way). The fries were ok in texture, but the spice mix was offensively bad. I couldn't eat them. The Mac n cheese was ok when I scraped off the spice layer. It was a tiny bit upscale of Kraft. All in all, I threw most of my overpriced and underdelivered meal in the trash. Go to KFC, at least it's consistently mediocre and much less expensive"
