"Visited on a Sunday mid-afternoon. Not very busy. Staff member was very helpful with our family’s allergy restrictions. Table was clean and our whole chicken order was brought out within 15 minutes. It was well cooked and seasoned. The coleslaw is good value."

"I had dreams of shouting all of our staff (three people) a counter lunch in the midst of a hugely demanding day. Our accounts manager, Casey-Lee, phoned the tavern at approximately 11:30-1200 to ask what time the sports bar stops serving lunch and she was told 2:30pm. The rest of us pushed through the jobs we had to do quickly in order to make it to the sports bar on-time. We arrived at 2pm on the dot and when I reached for the sports bar menu I was told “too late for that, we stop cooking at 2:00pm.” All in all, a very disappointing experience with a pub that we have spent a lot of money with over the last five years. I spoke to the manager who was very polite and apologetic but you have made a tough day a whole lot tougher for these fitters so we award you with one star."
