"Last year there was a fire at this restaurant. So they rebuilt and remodeled it. At first I didn't understand the name and decor because the dinner menu and the professionalism of the waiting staff didn't seem to fit the 1950 era that the restaurant had said it was on line. We were expecting it to be more casual. Don't get me wrong the feel of the restaurant isn't fancy but definitely not the laid back feel I thought we were going to have. The decor has this pretty teal and the architecture of the restaurant does not match what it looks like outside. They have comfy looking booth seating, the music was jazzy, the woodwork was beautiful and the feel seemed more upscale than we expected. Prices for dinner was a little higher than we expected too. We just went in for a small bite to eat. The waiting staff was so professional, friendly and attentive! We kinda felt we were in Carmel!! I LOVEDDDDDD the French Onion Soup! We probably will go back for breakfast since there menu has a lot to try AND THEY HAVE BENITS in the morning. Please read the background of why they named the restaurant Google Grill and the inspired architecture that ties in with the name. Description is in one of my pics! We enjoyed our food and definitely will be back!!"

"Yumm! I have heard nothing but good things about this little joint and finally stopped on the way through seaside. that is directly opposite the exit mall. they have a drive. we parked and went up and ordered. they had a parking bench where we sat. we just got in time, this place is busy! it is worth waiting to be stuck in the line. best fish and chips ever! the tacos were also good. I recommend stopping it here!"

"This place is amazing. Way better than any place in downtown Seaside. We got the Halibut which was recommended by the guy working the counter. It was great, nice and flaky crust and perfectly mist inside. Crab cocktail and oyster shooters to die for. All incredibly fresh. I would highly recommended to stop by for lunch."
