"Decided to eat here as a family today, great service, fantastic food with a good choice on the menu. We all had different meals but we all agreed the food was great. I recommend the lamb mint burger that was on the special board with chips for £9.95. The prices were fair when compared to other places to eat in Broadstairs. Price per person: £10–20 Food: 5"

"Discovered whilst ambling around the backstreets, absorbing the quaint and varied architectural features of old Ramsgate... This area of the town appears to be experiencing a subtle regeneration (hopefully a well-balanced one! which should do justice to the historic harbour area and seafront and encourage more investment to the town. The Falstaff has a take-away frontage but we chose to take the family for a sit-down lunch and sometimes pop in for a coffee and snack. The interior is cosily characterful and very clean (with a small courtyard garden to the rear : coffee is always good and hot and served in cheery cups by polite, efficient staff. There are gf and vegan options. COVID regulations are reassuringly adhered to and the toilet is always clean We haven’t stayed here but have observed several happy guests checking out! The hotel management seems most efficient. In fact, we almost wish we lived further away in order to come and stay!"
