"This is the place to go for lobster! Skip Bar Harbor’s ridiculously overpriced options and get fresh, delicious lobster dishes at Downeast Lobster Pound! We got a single steamer lobster, a lobster roll, and the New England clam chowder. Everything was amazing and super fresh. They pre crack the steamer lobsters for you, which made it pretty easy to get all the meat out without too much fuss or mess. The clam chowder was also very tasty they hit that perfect consistency of thick and creamy without it being gloopy or too heavy. Be aware this is a no frills place. If you’re looking for cozy or chic dining, go to Bar Harbor. You place your order at the counter and then go sit until your food is ready to pick up. There is a nice open/partially wind shielded upstairs deck as well as a little inside area. It was plenty comfortable to eat and hang out."

"The worst and most expensive lobster roll I have ever had. At $28, it's very overpriced. There was shredded lettuce between the lobster meat and the bun. The lobster meat was nice, but there was no butter flavor. Very bland flavor overall. There are much better choices if you want a lobster roll."

"We just ordered a trip from Pollo Campero last night, and the experience was pretty good. Pollo Campero, launched more than 50 years ago in Guatemala, has become a very popular franchise chain in the Central American countries, originally in Guatemala, then in El Salvador, making it its way to numerous countries such as the USA, Spain and even China. Well cooked (no annoying pink in the middle), perfectly baked, the chicken had a perfect texture and tasted delicious. Pollo Campero offers numerous different options for your meal, the chicken will be after your choice (fried, grilled or deep roasted with the proprietary Campero recipe). For your pages you can choose between French fries, Yuka Fritten, Cole Slaw, Campero beans, Campero rice, curtains, Guacamole, corn or garden salads. The prices are on a higher side for a chain restaurant, but the food is nowadays expensive everywhere, so no complaints."

"This was a very difficult Cashier. Cook seems Nice. However if you come in asking for a Carry Out Menu or quoting prices. Be prepared to be rushed, and pretty much told You need to step to the Back of the Line. I mean the prices they quote far beyond do not match the Menu or the tile lol So if I ask for accurate pricing. What is the actual problem if You don't display accuracy on Your Digital Menu. I can ask why there is at Least a $2 difference on all good items. Very Dissatisfied with the Customer service ? but the food was Great. Don't recommend if You are in a rush. And desire a delight some Morning ?"

"Neil is great. He's taken over Primitive Cuisine and maintained most of the menu. Great for lunch. If you're thinking of supper it;'s sometimes a good idea to reserve your food because "when it's gone, it's gone"Example, hush puppies. I don't know how many they make each day, but I haven't ever been able to order them with dinner."
