"This was our first time here and I will walk out the door if we get Katie as a server again. She was rude from the beginning by throwing the straws on the table her tone of voice when speaking to you is rude. Also I never got my side of ranch could be ifshe would write her orders down she won?t forget things. My wrap was suppose to come with bacon and there was no bacon in thewrap but she didn?t even bother to check on us after our food came out. We finished eating the busser cleared our plates off thetable, and we sat for awhile before she realized she needed to drop off the check. She dropped off the check without sayinganything at all. The atmosphere is not enjoyable my daughter asked why are the 2 workers arguing again this was Katie and I amassuming the manager."

"New review from recent (Fri. 10.28 22) visit. Still an amazing place to dine. This is my 3rd visit and I still Love it! Ellie (our server) was Fantastic! She was very attentive and personable. Thank you Ellie! The staff takes time to help each other, just like family. Pickles Rye is an awesome place to dine. The food is great and the staff even greater."

"Server was incredibly rude. I never asked if we need to refill drinks. I never asked if the food was okay. Ordered a medium-rare prime rib. It came out medium good. My husband's middle rib was much rarer than mine. Just an overall bad experience."

"Mediocre everything, but the prices. steak came between medium well/good made after I ordered it medium. I found this comical because they say on the menu, they do not guarantee steaks order medium well or higher. the butter on top, very salty. he waited 25mins on the server and at this point it was a pack. smoked salmon app was good! would not recommend; at least this place."

"All in all, 10/10 experience. Probably one of the best breakfasts I had. I had horned beef hash and Nakedby had Pastrami Omelette. Wonderful fresh coffee. Excellent service. Our server was Lea, she was very pleasant, patient and knew the menu inside and outside. She gave us excellent recommendations (e.g. mine came with a bagel or bread and I asked for everything Bagel and she recommended chive and onion cream cheese. Absolutely delicious!! This is my second time here and will definitely not be the last. Remember me being in New York. Beautiful jazz music in the background gave a beautiful ambience. Thank you for a wonderfully authentic upscale Deli experience!"
