"Local bar/restaurant serving american food. Like the square bar setup. Food is decent but their wine list is mostly California. A couple TVs with the game on. Manager is very dedicated. He takes orders, delivers food, and checks in to make sure everything is good."

"The bagels here are fresh and delicious! I can honestly say I will keep this place saved until I move! I'm from NYC and I'm always trying to find the best bagels and the best prices. The prices and service was up to par. When you walk in, the smell is amazing and they give off such a family friendly environment. Thank you! And try out a toasted Sesame Bagel with cream cheese and double bacon- DELISHHHH!"

"Ate at Max during CT Eats Week. It was a Sunday night and the restaurant was active but not noisy. Our server, Ryan, was attentive, but not overbearing. The cocktails, apps, and special menu items (arctic char and scallops) were excellent, as were the desserts. We heard the CT Eats special was extended for an extra week and would recommend it highly!"

"Service: Staff is awful almost robotic they made us feel uncomfortable our waitress was Rebbekah and I almost felt like she was high or something she wouldn’t really look at us we asked for napkins and she just dropped them on the table and kept walking, the same with the bill. Walking in the girls in the front were just staring, it almost felt like they were racist to be honest we were the only two Hispanic girls there! We went during lunch time on a Friday and it was very busy which we did not mind but just a heads up for the people reading this review! Food: Definitely get a burger if you are eating here they are delicious, I just wish my French fries were crunchier but that’s personal preference! The nachos for an appetizer are a must they are delicious! My friend was not a fan of their coleslaw."

"How can you go wrong with a a food truck part when you have options for everyone! Today we chose Hindsight BBQ and Lobster Tails food truck. Just an fyi, the gastropark is home to many food trucks and you never know which truck is going to be there.Hindsight BBQ: ordered the Brisket Philly Empanadas and the Pull Pork with Mac Cheese.. The empanadas was a great choice, the meat had great flavors and the shell was just right not too doughy. The pull pork and Mac cheese was another good option but the bbq sauce was just ok.Lobster Tails: we had the CT Lobster in a cup. I was a little bit hesitant ordering lobster from a truck but the lobster was great! No need to drive to the shoreline when you can find Lobster Tails around the corner.This was a perfect outdoor seating option on a beautiful summer day. The service was fast and staff on both trucks were super friendly."
