"It was my Dad's birthday and we went for fish and chips. My wife and I ordered halibut dinner. My sister the same only double battered!!! My dad had the perch dinner. We all enjoyed it. It was delicious as usual and our waitress Zoe...was so nice!!"

"Having been away from Windsor for forty years and having fond memories of Pat and Hanks fish and chips. We have tried it a couple of times since. Service is good but as far as the fish....way to much batter and the fries were undercooked....Disappointed."

"This was a really disappointing experience. A few weeks back, my family and I went for a quick dinner and quite honestly, it was very good. That was why we decided to give it another try for breakfast. We should have paid attention to the...fact that we were basically the only ones in there(usually that is a good indication). We waited a minimum of minutes for the waitress To take our order. After our order was taken, we waited another minutes for our food(Again, we were the only ones in there). When the food finally came out, it was cold(not room temp., COLD). We all were very unhappy and complained. We were made to feel like it was our fault and that was the most frustrating thing(other than being really hungry at that point). Maybe it was a fluke or maybe they were having a bad day.....Atleast appologize....We were there for an hour and minutes and hadn't eaten yet, only to have cold food come out that point only out of of us had our food). I can go on and on.... Hopefully they fix what is broken because something clearly is..."
