"Quaint place where order is placed at window, then brought to your table. Indoor dining in several rooms of the house; outdoor dining at picnic tables. Meat is served dry (no sauce) and is very tender. Mac cheese is wonderful. Potato salad has light Cajun seasoning."

"Granny Dee's Kitchen on Louetta, Spring Texas. I had the beef tips with gravy over rice, black-eyed peas, collard greens and corn bread. Great home cooking and nice employees. Highly recommend and will be put on ABSOLUTELY YES list. Thanks Granny Dee's Kitchen."

"Brisket was dry and it tasted like it had been refrigerated for a few days. Chicken was very tough like it was microwaved too long. Potato salad had a chalky taste to. I ended up just tossing my plate."

"The only complaint I have is that the fried chicken gizzards and hearts are not tender enough to eat and enjoy. Aside from that it has a wonderful buffet for $10.99 and that includes free refill drinks. Everything is rotated out to keep it fresh. I love the selection of cooked and fresh veggies."
