"This restaurant is always a good choice when around the area. They open at 7pm. I was there at 7:03pm and Viviane or Vivian, a host suddenly acted like I was there too early. The place needed a couple of minutes to be ready. No problem on my end. I got in and told her that I wanted to order to go. The place had no costumers yet. Viviane told me to go upstairs, to the tables on the other side because the ones I were, were ALL reserved, for 7PM, you bet. When I did so, the back door was wide open and I could not stand the wind. I went back to the down part of the restaurant where I came in from. After, I asked for a drink while I wait on my to go order. Viviane comes back again just to tell me they sell food not drinks. This was when I went to the app and made my reservation to peacefully order food to go (60€ value) and have a drink. I really don’t understand what takes a person to say all that, but she needs a costumer service check up. Don’t restaurantes profit more on drinks and deserts? Even if I was just going to drink, is that a Edu rule, you have to have food? Anyhow, Happy New Year ya’ll."
