"Very pretty looking makizushi which was vaguely unpleasant in taste. An odd formaldehyde-like flavor lingered around two of the three sushis. In addition the palette of flavors was overly sweet and hid the taste of the fish. This impression was exacerbated by the cupcake-like decorations. The swamping of the flavors of the fish was repeated with the tuna tartare which, while pleasant, tasted mainly of sweet tomato (and even possibly paprika? . The squid was very nice though. Staff were pleasant albeit there was a delay in taking initial drink orders."
