"I do 2-3 lunch presentations for work and one of the places I order from is Potbelly. When you spend x amount of money you can redeem a free sandwich. On Monday I order at this location through the app for my free sandwich and extras. They took payment charged my card and gave me a pick up time. I arrived at the store to see a couple people outside peeking in the window. Location is closed all of us in same situation took payment gave pickup time no sign and no one there. Called on Tuesday to phone just ringing and ringing with no voicemail. Wednesdsy I was near the area sign on door says it closed at 1pm it was 12:20 and again no one was there and again people outside waiting on order . Completely understand job market but app shouldn?t allow you to purchase food and take payment if location is closed. One star since I haven?t been refunded and are scheming people out of lunch and money"
