"Great atmosphere here. I tried a few things while I was here. The food and chia I had was okay, but the m&m cookie was DA BOMB. With the bakery items it doesn’t look like you could go wrong here. They have a lot of cakes and cookies and other dessert items you could choose from. Plenty of coffee and lunch/dinner options too."

"When are they ever open? I was here 4-5 times in the posted business hours and they are closed. says on yelp. they won't win 2 stars because I think they're delicious. was thrilled to give some of my graduate students. the cookies let them order and cannot get them for them because they are closed. I'm stupid, I'm still trying at this point."

"We had a pretty good experience here. we came to a very busy time traveling during the early break and eating was excellent as usual. if they have a recipe of pure gold, it's kind of hard to screw it up. we had chickener than family and it was great."

"I recently did a mobile pick up for a pastry item. I arrived at the store 15 min later around 3pm to pickup and I saw 5 workers and no one approached me at the ordering counter. They have a print out notice saying Mobile orders go to the counter.I saw a lady with short red hair talking to someone in the back, I yelled out excuse me multiple times … for her then just to walk away out of my view of her.Terrible customer service, this store has frustrated me enough! Tables and floors are always dirty."

"We love this place. Used to be Crackle Barrel people but stumbling upon Black Bear Diner was a treat. This was our second time there and the food is amazing and such a great value for the money. Staff is friendly and so far both times we went we sat right down. I had the Scrambowl which was delicious. Can't wait to go back."

"Very very nice decorator guy, didnt get his name but we did a last minute cake for my daughters birthday and he was so sweet and nice to her and made her the cake SHE wanted. didnt make us feel that it was an inconvienence at all for being last minute."
