"It's embarrassing, but I honestly haven't been to Subway in about 15 years... I had no idea what to order today and how it all worked. The guy who served us was so helpful, showed us the different bread types, the different meats and explained the menu. Made us feel very welcome. And the subs were pretty good too. Great experience here."

"I did give up on this store last year, as their prices were inconsistently high despite the same order each and every time. I have seen many staff members come and go from this store, it was always under staffed. Thankfully that has all changed, the staff are familiar, super friendly, organised and customer focussed, and the long queues have disappeared. Their prices are now in line with correct Subway prices. The guy who runs the store is fantastic, it has made a big difference, he cares about his customers and makes them feel important and well taken care of. It's now a pleasure going back to this store, and my son can order his regular sub without being over charged."

"Went for a late lunch. Service was friendly and very efficient. Ordered an iced latte, which was very smooth and creamy. Also ordered a caprese turkish sandwich. Served toasted, it was warm, crunchy, and very flavourful, but could've had more feta though. Pricing was a little high $20 for a toasted sandwich and coffee), but expected of the area. Street parking available, but there's also an underground parkinglot near by. @travel__eat__repeat"

"Good atmosphere with friendly staff, the menu was different from the one here in this app, but still with many options. I picked for entree the scallops, which were perfect and tasty, for main i got the chicken with lime risotto, the chicken was tender in the inside and crisp outside but the risotto was too acid for me, couldn't eat much of that risotto."

"Witnesses the change of this cafe and love the latest version of lay out. For a small coffee hut like this, it needs three gentlemen to keep up the pace for coffee orders so you can imagine how busy they are. Got a parking spot just outside it’s neighbor San Kai Japanese restaurant. I took the free 15 minutes free parking advantage to steal time for coffee here. Service is very attentive and proficient. Purposefully, I took my take away coffee upstairs and aimed to enjoy extended field of vision to look across the road while I am enjoying my morning flat white. It works. Lol!"

"We came here for a mid-week lunch and were seated quickly. Staff were abundant and always on hand so I thought the service for our whole meal was great. I ordered the vegetarian pizza. Roasted vegetables, pesto, feta, olives and rocket. It was delicious. Often vegetarian pizzas can be very bland or just a bit boring but this one was excellent, packed full of flavour and I really enjoyed it. Great crispy base too. My husband chose the chicken parmigiana which came with chips and salad. A generous size meal, he enjoyed the whole thing, especially the tasty parmigiana. I really liked Santa Monica, it had a fresh, relaxed vibe with excellent service, delicious flavoursome meals and terrific value as it's on the Entertainment Card. Great spot."
