"It pains me to leave an average review as the owner is lovely. The present bunch of staff aren’t a patch on previous employees. I was in last week and ordered a vegan meatball marinara for myself and a beef and cheese sub for my partner and so far so good. The staff behind the counter 2 young girls were very curt and seemed very disintersted. The reason for my review is when they cut the subs up at the end they used the same knife to cut my vegan sub as they did the beef and cheese one! I pointed this out but I got a mumbled apology and no offer to replace!! Thankfully I’m not a vegan otherwise I would have took this further but some serious staff training needs to happen. Customer service training is a must!!"
