"The place was busy so had a long wait to order, which is fair enough. Ordered two desserts, which for the best part of £15, is on the pricey side of things. Waited about 15 minutes after ordering for the first dessert to arrive. Had to chase up for the second one after another 5 minute wait, and when it arrived was just plonked on the table without a single word from the waitress. An apology for the wait would have been nice but to not say a single word seemed pretty rude tbh. I felt like she was annoyed that I'd chased it up. Customer service definitely needs some work, and faster service required. Not sure I'd bother with this place again!"
