"Quick Bites?!? Not exactly......it went through painful and into quite funny how long it took to serve a person at a time. Christmas wishes and all that to the tireless staff but come on M&S, Quick, Quick SLOW would be more suitable."

"Very disappointed with this establishment. Provide a menu with half of the stuff unavailable, took 10 minutes to order 5 dishes and 5 drinks as staff struggling with o find options on an over complicated system. Nothing available savoury. Each dish came out separately with a big gap in between and adults were served first. Knife and fork given for ice cream no spoon offered or given. Told we would be given chicken waffle complimentary and hadn’t come out 10 minutes after finishing. Bueno meal came out with no bueno. Really poor experience and kids disappointed as this was Easter treat rather than eggs as still have Easter chocolate. Will not be returning and strongly suggest that you don’t go unless you want to be disappointed"
