"Just had the worst time through the drive thru... If the employees don't want to be on the drive thru order taking they shouldn't. They need to train their employees properly. Never had an issue with this place, but their is always a 1st time foreverything I guess. The manager then just watch as I talked to her employee, didn't bother to say anything. Thanks Carl's."

"This place was crazy packed and my curbside order took nearly 20 minutes after the time they quoted me, but...it WAS their grand opening and when I didfinally get my pink box, staff was super sweet about it the cookies more than made up for it! So good"

"They have messed up the order of my daughter. I ordered a child's meal for my daughter and they gave her a regular meal that didn't even complete a drink and chickening bugs! They need to coworkers who pay attention to customers if they don't keep their meal when they move. I am so frustrated that I actually go out of the way to write a review."
