"What I'm surprised by is the new size of burgers, paying more for less is getting bad. Use to be Big Mac took 2 hands now a five year old can hold it. Not to say much better with their apple pies what happened. Serious shock."

"Let me first say I love the style this place has. Looks great, very clean and would pull in any would be potential customer from the road.The service however was so so.Mostly operated by teenagers. That’s to be expected at an ice cream shop but it seems like they had very little training.I watched multiple employees drop items on the floor they were working with and just pick them back up and use them again.The two employees we spoke to had zero customer service skills. Hardly looked up at us and did not smile the entire time.I’m normally not a stickler about these things but it was very noticeable here.We also heard while our order was being prepared the manager verbally yell at all of the employees for not getting peoples order correct.I’m all for correcting your employees if need be but not in a way where it publicly calls them out in front of the customers.That being said I do believe the two orders I’m front of us had to be remade because they were wrong.Our orders were fine with no issues.Now for the simple part.This custard was nothing great.Very basic.While the menu looks like it has a ton of options you will find out pretty quickly it’s mostly just chocolate and vanilla with a selection of toppings.It wasn’t bad but it wasn’t great either.Just average.While I love the look and feel of this place there is nothing i experienced that would cause me to want to visit again.Sub par service and management.So so custard with a cool building.Cheers"

"Rushed here before they closed at 3 to buy pastires since it has good reviews, but guess they close whenever they want since it's 2:45 and they're closed and looks like they've been closed...not a soul in site! Guess publix it is."
