"I usually do not leave any reviews, but creams deserves a definitiw because the service is excellent and the desserts are really delicious. I'm a bit picky when it comes to dessert, but the personal is always happy. we have a fairly large family, so I love that there are many sitting options so that we can all sit together comfortably. a special thank you to raihana and shah, who always welcome us with a smile and friendly wise!"

"Have been here for afternoon tea several times normally very good so we went near to Christmas what a mistake. We were served with a poor display of sandwiches and scones no cakes. The way that they wre serving afternoon tea had changed since there new chef had started there well he had destroyed the previously great looking afternoon tea, you got sandwiches and scones to start with then later the cakes would be brought up. So there was no longer the lovely looking tray they used to do. the worst part was that we asked for decaffeinated coffee and were brought ordinary coffee but did not find this out until we asked for another pot of decaffeinated coffee only to be told they did not have any decaffeinated coffee having drunk a pot of normal coffee that was bad news for my wife with problems caused by caffeine so decaffeinated is always asked for. We did phone the Hotel to complain and they said they would get back to us but despite a second phone call they have never got back to us with an explanation as to why we were given normal coffee."

"This is a beautiful little family run cake shop with delicious treats! Not only do they make the best celebration cakes/cookie pies they have a big range of cakes/brownies.flapjacks/shortbread. My favourite is the salted caramel cupcake and snickers flapjack oh and the caramel truffles (I can’t decide which is my favourite! They are so big and I often cut them up and eat them over a few days! Always stay fresh and lovely. Highly recommend a visit!"

"Lovely building excellent food brilliant service...the Beef/ Bacon burger with marrow bone was one of the best I've had...will deffo be returning.Just try avoid Olney at peak times as parking is a nightmare!!!"

"Called in here for a coffee and a cake. Cant fault either, but the place was filthy. Not one table was clean, the floor had spillages and the two staff made no attempt to be proactive in addressing this."

"A pleasant enough cafe with a slightly designer-minimalist atmosphere. The previous cafe inside the same Waterstone's bookshop was a COSTA one upstairs surrounded by all the nice books. The new one is downstairs and just happens to be in the entrance to a bookshop where most of the books (not all) are upstairs… Presumably fewer people go upstairs now?"

"I visited my son and had a white chocolate cookie dough. it is absolutely divine! he had a waffel that was huge and tasty. would recommend to everyone. the personal is lovely, especially shah, who was brilliant. can not wait to return"
