"Came here with a family of 6 for fathers day. We were all excited about trying the 500 flavours they boasted. But when we got in there they had 10 basic flavours and absolutely no customer service. I asked whether they had menus the server with curly hair just said no bluntly and didn’t bother to help us. I then spotted a “order menu” on the side which was confusing because it was just for Sundays and waffles but not cones. When there’s 6 of you and it’s a tiny crowded shop it’s difficult to get everybody up to the counter to choose there’s hardly any space to move around. Another very rude tattooed server looked fed up to be serving us and kept snapping anything else! Like she said wanted to just be done with us. Honestly felt like walking out!!! But when you have children who are excited to be there it’s not that easy. Basic tip for you it doesn’t matter how good the ice cream is if there’s no decent customer service !!!!! Also I’ve got my popcorn ready waiting for the owner to argue back with me like he has done in all the other reviews who rated them as rude!!!!!"

"If you are thinking of booking a themed afternoon tea here , I would think again. £27.00 for one ham roll,one soggy cheese pasty, one mini quiche and three small triangles of cheese spread with cucumber on pitta bread. Dessert one cupcake, a biscuit with a chocolate frog on top, two boot shaped biscuits sandwiched together with goo, treacle tart in a shot glass, a ferrero rocher choc and a horrid green drink. The ham roll had hot mustard which my sister can’t eat so we requested a replacement with no mustard and was summarily told no as ‘dietary requirements ‘ have to be notified in advance. It’s ham roll. Service with attitude and we were rushed ,tables cleared whilst still eating, you have to leave soon as time is up and all this in a glorified shack at the end of an alley. Can’t wait to go again."
