"I don't usually review chain restaurants because you pretty much get what you expect - unless of course you don't. I have been to many Pizza Delights in the past and have come to expect a certain standard of service and this one definitely did not meet it. We were seated for 15 minutes before our drink order was taken (so we ordered food at the same time) and at least 45 minutes before our food arrived. Our side salads arrived with the meal (it would have been nice to have something to eat while waiting), and somebody was obviously missing their Caesar Salad as we got one that we didn't order. It really wasn't that busy either, although there was a long line waiting to get in even though there were a lot of empty, available tables. The waitress was very friendly but seemed overwhelmed. Either this restaurant is under-staffed or the staff needs some training."
