"We have visited this pizza hut once in the month three months behind each other and always have a nice experience. the team is always happy to teach us when we say that we prefer table service, and chris is always very happy and helpful and even...contains the children during our order! the staff is very friendly and happy to give us countless bests when our children unavoidably throw them on the floor. chris is very good to leave our 4 year old help with the card machine and the children loved their sweet stickers today. Thank you!"

"Should have been told by staff taking the order that a portion of chips is enough for two people or portions for three. Onion ring batter could have been seasoned has they were bland tasting. Overall satisfactory but no rush to go back, prefer to try elsewhere."

"Probably the worst non dining experience that I have ever had. There are multiple menus on the window of the restaurant, probably a red flag in itself, with some tempting Cantonese dishes. However, when we sat down at our table we were presented with a menu with none of the dishes that initially attracted us. The tablecloth was also very stained and although apparently clean was obviously not changed regularly, probably just wiped over, although a 5 star hygiene rating was displayed at the front of the restaurant . My wife and I thought, ok let’s try and find something as being Chinese she was looking forward to some good Cantonese cuisine. We ordered some dishes and wine and water. The wine list gave no indication of the provenance of the wine, another red flag I shouldn’t have ignored. The wine arrived and to be frank seemed to be watered down, it was frankly terrible. We were then advised that the starter we ordered wasn’t available, we selected another dish and were then told that yet another dish wasn’t available. At this point with the poor hygiene, stained tablecloths, terrible drinks and obvious complete lack of care of the restaurant we decided to cut our losses and leave as the likelihood of receiving some decent food seemed extremely unlikely. We did offer to pay for the wine and water as we felt bad that for the first time ever we had to leave a restaurant without eating and they happily accepted payment, even though the wine was barely touched. Please avoid this restaurant, they just don’t care and have absolutely no consideration for their clients or it seems their reputation. The food if anything like the wine and service would have been terrible so for the sake of £15.00 we had a lucky escape."

"Always been a favourite haunt of mine with an amazing choice of flavours (over 200 single flavours alone) and premade drinks. Staff were really friendly to my LDR partner on her first time here and gave her an awesome and delicious experience. She especially got a kick out of the N64!"

"Lovely spot for lunch! We thought it was a dessert place but found a number of lunch options and were not disappointed. Enjoyed the Full Pantry and Eggs Benedict (with pancakes a nice twist). Staff were also welcoming. Would recommend."
