"My 7 year old got her ears pierced around the corner from Batch and deserved a treat for being brave, so we walked around the corner to check it out. A worker was standing at the register waiting for me to order and I wasn't familiar with the menu items at ALL, so I felt very rushed to make a decision. I saw that they have ice cream sandwiches made with their cookies which seemed like a great little treat for me and my two young daughters. No prices were listed anywhere that was easy to find, nor could I tell how big they were from the pictures. Wow, was I in for a ridiculous surprise. After spending nearly thirty dollars !!! on three ice cream sandwiches, I was definitely worried they were going to be huge. Well, they were. And while I appreciate getting a lot for my money, it ended up being super wasteful and messy. We didn't have time to eat them in the store so we hopped in the car. By that time, most of the ice cream had melted. They sandwiched it between two steaming hot cookies, what do you expect?! So now we each had cookies sitting in a plastic container of melted ice cream and I told my girls they could eat eat half of the top cookie on the drive home technically eating 1/4 of one cookie was a more reasonable amount for a child or most adults, but I felt bad already for them not being able to eat the whole thing . We've now had these containers of melted ice cream and cookies in our fridge for the last three days and I've attempted to dump out the melted ice cream and dry off the cookies so they don't get too soggy. We are definitely not health nuts, but the size of these cookies is not fit for human consumption. Couldn't find any nutrition info but some basic calculations tell me the chocolate chip cookies weigh in literally 8oz each at just over 1,000 calories. For ONE cookie. So with two cookies and some ice cream in between, you're probably looking at 2,200-2,500 calories. Literally should be divided between 5-6 people to make a reasonable dessert. While the cookies the non-soggy part tasted good, going to Batch was unfortunately an expensive mistake for me."

"We have divided and enjoyed various menus. the baked apple bites, garlic parm bites, philly cheesesteak pizza, and the speck jalapeño twists. everything was hot and freshly prepared. we enjoyed the plentiful dining room. my only real complaining was that the mülldoses are overflowing, but in fairness the kitchen was busy preparation and delivery ordering. the staff is friendly and made sure that we had more and extras for our food. try to eat it, it's really cool to watch as they make their pizza."

"Ok... Can't say anything bad about this place... It is what it is... The cheapest place to get a meal for my family of nine. My kids (and I) love the tater tots... So crispy and good. and I think they have the best fry's for a cheap fast food burger place. They have the best value meal selection and the most affordable I've cream anywhere... and free compensation funny I've cream cones? My little kids don't need more than that anyway... If you get them more half of it melts . I do love their lime rickey. My kids always get the flavor burst I've cream cones and I like the cookie dough shake... All then for extra cookie dough and there is more cookie dough than ice cream... It's amazing "

"Great food and great location. Finally a restaurant that my whole entire family enjoys attending. Food is always fresh and warm and prepared how we ask. Can be kind of busy some times so you need to be patient. Ordering online has way improved and just be aware of busy nights your order may take longer than originally promised but the food is worth it."
