"The staff are very friendly and attentive. It is a fun place, great for kids, and nice environment. The food isn’t fantastic crispy chicken sandwich is good, but is missing some sauce or something [chick-Fila sauce , very pricey for what you get $17 for a [burrata cheese pizza with thin, soggy, floppy crust , and the beer is NOT COLD! Also, I ordered a beer about 5 mins before others at my table, and they received theirs about 5 mins before I got mine. We visited when they first opened and were not impressed. We thought we would try again, and came away with the same impression."

"Always have to get the garlic sauce! They are ready to make changes to their menu sandwiches to make it as you want. My husband likes how you can mix two meats. We always get Tom Turkey. Service is always great and the owner, Eric, has the right customer service approach; he also remembers his frequent visitors! It's our favorite sandwich place. Make sure to do Pickle points."

"Check out this cookie shop for the first time today and was immediately knocked off my feet with the amazing smell of freshly baked cookies. They had a large variety and were bring out fresh ones right as I came in. I love that they constantly carry vegan and gluten free items and are changing up some of the flavors they carry. The place was super clean and service was great. I got the dog treats (my dog inhaled these when I got home) 2 each of chocolate chip, double chocolate, chocolate raspberry, lemon moon and snickerdoodle. I WAS MOT DISAPPOINTED! I love the glaze they put on some of the cookies, it's add a fresh tartness to it and they have the perfect sweetness balance. I'll definitely be back!"

"Pride Mountain Vineyards was our favorite Napa winery, bonus because it’s Sonoma as well. Couple of things that made this incredible:1) our tour guide/wine educator Dana. She knocked it out of the park. Personal, knowledgeable, and super fun!2) Going in the morning was stunning. We did a 10 am tour. When we arrived, the vineyard was covered in clouds, when we finished the tour the clouds had cleared and you could see all of the rolling hills of this majestic vineyard.3) The wines were outstanding, best we’ve had.One word of advice, don’t make it your first winery, maybe a day 2 winery. Pride was our first winery of the trip and only a few others got close in comparison to our Pride experience."

"I've been to the Healdsburg location, but this was my first time at the Santa Rosa location. I requested the pie heated up but they said they are unable to do that, which is surprising given that I've had it heated at their other location? I made a special trip here, and ended up being disappointed because I really enjoyed the pie and ice cream previously. I live too far to take the ice cream home as it would likely melt unless I packed it in ice, which Im not sure is worth the trouble. First world problem for sure, but who wants cold pie with ice cream?"

"Not the cleanest employees, 2 males had long hair down and and in their face , walking around as I stood there , sneezing without covering his sneeze all over the fresh waffle cones they were making. Sprinkles and crumbs all over glass counter, Noone had wiped down counters all day and it was only 1p.m.. Finally a female employee helped me , she did great and her long hair was back in a bun . I will definitely go to another location after that."
