"We came from rain wet into the bakery and were greeted with a warm smile and a ready help. we thought what to order and got a taste of the heavenly cake to try. we finally ordered a hot drink and a mandel croissant that was very tasty. self-service at the place. the atmosphere is very pleasant with a beautiful view of the sea. there are seats inside and outside. highly recommended."

"Best tasting coffee I tried in Tofino! We stopped here on our way out of town for coffee and snacks. The cherry scone and pumpkin loafs were really good. The girls working there are nice and make good coffee. When we came right at opening, it wasn’t too busy."

"One of several coffee places in Tofino but this one really makes a good "Starbucks type" coffee, for those so inclined. (Note, I drink "swill coffee" so this is all coming from my wife, the connoisseur...).She had a mocha with something and something and pronounced the chocolate as much smoother and better than Starbucks. They use whole milk here, as opposed to 2% or other types, just FYI.We split a blueberry muffin that seemed to be spelt flour based as opposed to flaky white flour. There was a ham and cheese croissant and something else available, but nothing else in the counter at 9 am.One lady makes the coffees, one is the cashier, so it can be a wait if busy. No drive thru. We waited maybe 10 minutes on a weekday morning in June, about the usual I guess for these places. Other comments have said it can be much worse, obviously weekends or holidays would be slow.No seating inside and very limited parking. It's located just barely inside Tofino, right off the highway, across from a restaurant (Schooners).This is Tofino so accept island time and island standards, meaning local people with dogs come in, employees pet the dogs and go back to work without washing their hands with soap. Just saying..."

"Had a quick lunch here before heading out of town to catch the ferry home. I can highly recommend their Thai Chicken. The chicken thighs were seasoned perfectly. Their taco is loaded with fresh fruits. The miso slathered broiled oyster is so good we had to order a second round."
