"Not sure where all these great reviews are coming from. Our experience here was not good. The place is dirty (see picture). The woman working behind the counter was handling the register and touching the food, all without gloves. No one working there was wearing a mask. We asked what came with the wraps and were told about most of it. However, she never mentioned that it comes with french fries so we ordered a side of fries. Even as we were ordering them, she never mentioned both our orders already came with fries. We were there at about 6:30pm on a Friday night and there was barely a customer in sight. We still waited over 25 minutes for a simple order. Then, not unexpectedly, our order came out wrong. Even though they admitted it was their mistake, they never apologized, just acted annoyed, as if it were our fault. Of course by the time we got the corrected wrap, my tiny order of french fries was cold. You would have thought they would have at least provided a fresh order since it was their mistake. My wrap was just okay, my friend liked hers. Overall, not a great choice."

"Cute place, many options. I have the vegan zitrus cupcake and blueberry cake. I was told to warm up the scorpse to get the full pleasure so I'll try it for breakfast tomorrow. the cupcake did not even make it 2 minutes, it was so good and a nice note of lime and the tip tasted like cheesecake! I loved it! Besides, they gave little free rehearsals to taste, I tried the chocolate muffin and carrot cake, everything I tried was so good!"

"SOOO DISAPPOINTED. My mother and I stopped to grab dinner tonight just to wait an hour for overcooked dry food. We came into an empty restaurant with 2-3 customer ahead of us to be told there is an hour wait on any food we ordered! Exactly an hour until close, i must add! After waiting all that time then traveling home, i was disappointed to open an entree with a very SMALL portion of meat with my very SMALL portion of brown rice that had the consistency of rubber for both REGULAR SIZED entrees. I feel as if I?m being generous for giving two stars. The service and food quality were AWFUL. I will not be returning in the future!"

"Review number three I am deducting two stars. I don't want to but my most recent visit was not fun. I called in my order and the young lady I spoke with was very friendly. I ordered a bagel with sliced nova and scallion cream cheese asked them to make it sandwich style. The young girl asked me which side I would like with my sandwich. Most bagel places offer either potato salad, coleslaw, macaroni salad or cucumber salad. Much to my surprise, she offered me a side of chicken salad; which is unheard of as a side dish. I asked her two times if she was positive that she can offer chicken salad as a side and she said absolutely. Who am I to argue especially after I questioned her twice. I took her up on her offer of chicken salad and planned on bringing it home to eat at a later time. I picked up my sandwich just as I thought, chicken salad is not a side, it was packed in a separate 1/4 pound container with a price sticker on it. The older female cashier scolded me when I told her that I would take the potato salad since the young girl gave me incorrect information. The girl I spoke with not only apologized to me but she told the older wiser cashier that chicken salad is indeed a side! Ah, to be young again. The more experienced cashier talked down to this poor kid, who is probably working her 1st job. She made a small mistake it was not a big deal. I mean, we all make mistakes obviously we try to learn from them. I didn't appreciate the older cashier being snarky to her employee and also to me. It wasn't my fault her (obviously new) employee wasn't properly trained. Shame on the older female cashier for talking down to this young girl in front of the other customers who were waiting on line. That was just wrong and not very nice. The bagel had way to much scallion cream cheese on it and they were quite skimpy on the sliced nova. Another thing is the scallion cream cheese was light on the scallions. Their vegetable cream cheese is loaded their nova spread has copious amounts of nova, but barely any scallions in the scallion cream cheese? My potato salad went directly into the garbage. It didn't taste fresh the potatoes weren't cooked long enough because they were still semi hard and inedible. My sour pickle was very good. Not a great experience food wise the lack of customer service that I received is problematic for me; but I am a grown woman just won't come back. It's not like we have a shortage of bagel places in South Florida. Most importantly, the lack of empathy, patience kindness to the young girl who took my order was disgusting. She's a young kid she didn't need to be spoken to in that manner. To her defense; she confirmed their location reminded me they only accept cash before we hung up the phone. I will remain loyal to Bagelworks where the food and service are always on point. I want to be clear, the reason I am not going to come back here isn't because I didn't care for the food. I won't be returning because they treat their staff like dirt and that's just not cool. Additionally, being snarky with a customer isn't cool either. The owners/managers who run this place need to do better."

"I was impressed with the operation. Two production sides with two cash registers, they take your order and one person slices the deli meat to order, one makes the sub and passes it off to someone who cuts it and wraps it and one runs the register. Subs were delicious. I particularly liked the juice or oil and vinegar dressing, not too much so not soggy. Subway, hang your head in shame."

"Absolutely a 100% positive experience. I called the store to see if I could order cookies, and I as told yes. Then the lady explained to me that if I gave them a timeframe they would be freshly baked. Wonderful! I ordered them for a co-workers birthday and when I arrived the owner greeted me and let me know the cookies were ready. I had little treat boxes I wanted to separate the cookies into and asked if I could use he table and to get them into the boxes. Of course he allowed me to do so, and he gave me disposable gloves to use! Outstanding! We chatted about his remodel of the store and the excitement for the change. By the way, it was very hard to see a remodel was talking place as everything was contained in one area and nice and neat. When I need a Subway fix, this is the one I will frequent even though I have an option closer to me. They have a loyal customer in me! Thank you for the excellent service."
