"It's subway so you know it's going to be what it is but this place is disgraceful. 25mins to serve 6 people, 2 members of staff serving which would be ok if one making the initial contact didn't disappear out the back after taking every order, he spent longer taking gloves off and putting them back on than actual sandwich artistry! Then when the queue including the people outside swelled to 10 people, a third person was found clattering around with trays but still not jumping in to help the guys out front!!! To be honest in previous visits the staff have been rude and offish but at least they could remember how to make a sandwich and do it fairly quickly! Only left 1 star as unable to leave less etc"
