"I ordered a box of the 18 count butter crunch cookies. The cookies were dated to expire within two months, and were not fresh. Like the review below stated, they did not respond to the email that I sent. I called today and spoke with someone by the name of Christian, and they did not want to honor their product when I explained to her that the cookies were stale, and hard. Also, I did not mention the fact that my packages were also broken into pieces. I did not want a refund, only wanted to receive a quality fresh product that I paid for. She stated that she would not replace the product due to company policy, but yet when I asked her where that was stated online (because that is how I placed my order), her response was that it wasn't online. A reputable company would not respond in such a way. Furthermore, she stated that I would have to pay for return shipping to send them back samples of what I received at my expense. I informed her that I was willing to send the cookies back, but only if they covered for the return shipping, for which she did not agree. This is an unreasonable request for the consumer to pay extra to send back cookies that were not fresh. I thought that I would be better off trying to order directly from the company. How wrong was I. I should've ordered from Amazon because they back their orders. Please learn from my experience. Buyer beware."
