"You can't go to a fast food restaurant and expect 5 star food. So we use another scale, and the important stuff is quality, efficiency and cleanliness, I was just after lunch on Sunday. There were several waves of people. Also in the middle of the training the line was moved and restaurant was wiped up without delay! If a place like this can explain, put together orders and move the line, why can't the Burger places with a routine base product? I was impressed because I expected the same old zombie service, but the people came and out, with their correct orders, faster than any McD I was in years. Really impressed. Oh, and the food wasn't bad either! New bowls came from the grills, all in open view like a Chinese 5guys."
