"I absolutely love this place! I love their iced coffee and the option of getting coffee ice cubes!! I love their bagels as seasoning is on both sides of the bagel and the cream cheese is freshly made and not prepackaged. The green scallion cream cheese is my favorite and always tastes like it was made fresh that day. I love that you can buy a larger tub of it to take home. My only recommendation for this business is that the inside is made to look a little more clean, sanitized and tidy. Other than that, the staff is always very pleasant and happy to help. I have been here at least two dozen times and will definitely return!"

"Idk if I went on a wrong day or something but the chicken sandwich is not good at all. It did not taste like real chicken it wasn’t fresh at all. When I bit into it, the chicken was super hard with a rubbery texture. 0/10 would not"

"I was so disappointed with this location. I arrived at 12:23 p.m. and wound up walking out with my sub at 12:55. There wasn’t enough staff working there to begin with and the amount of people who came to order food definitely caused them to be overwhelmed. I was so frustrated with the wait and realized that the woman who took my order didn’t even ask if I wanted my sub toasted. Once they finally handed my sub, I looked inside the box and I could tell it was cut in a rushed manner and everything was falling out. The sub was mediocre at best. Not worth the drive, the wait or the price. Beyond disappointed! I will not be coming back to this location. I have had better experiences at other Firehouse Subs locations. Dania please step up your game or you will be losing a lot of customers. News flash, you already lost me!"
