"This place is amazing! They were clearly super busy, I had to call like 3 times with my question! BUT when Nikki answered she was professional, sweet and informative. I had placed a door dash order from this Fazoli?s. When my order arrived, not only wasit super fresh and piping hot, it was sealed with my name on it : everything was in there (even the Parmesan packets I calledto ask for They even had partitions to separate the hot food from the cold food. My salad and my cheesecake were cold like theyjust came out the cooler. Terri Ann and kaitlin and Nikki are amazing and I will be ordering from this location many times inthe future. This is how a business is supposed to be ran thank you Southside Fazoli?s"

"The girl at the window is always so nice and welcoming. I like that i can get a really good cup of coffee for a reasonable price unlike other coffee shops I've been to. The pastries are always freshly made and nice and warm"

"Great restaurant, but wonderful breakfast... so many great options. You will be lost in the menu! My way is the omelet, chili cheese seems ridiculous, but it's great. The veggie omelet is also great. You also have your standards of meat and eggs, cookies and gravy (good, but not like my southern brothers torn out, and pancakes etc... Then go to lunch (Lucky you, you can only order breakfast, they also have good lunch! Coney dogs are good... not as best in the world as many claim, but they are good. Have two different styles (essentially it is a thinner and a thicker... great variety! . Basically thick sliced potatoes with onions and peppers, but it is something about the oils of whatever they cook only together to a plate of awesome. If you go to lunch, you'll get there early or you'll probably wait outside. Also for some extra time to check... It's about as old-fashioned as it gets."

"Great service and great food. We ordered 3 appetizers. Lobster pizza, Mozzarella sticks, and jumbo coconut shrimp. All were excellent. We especially enjoyed the piña colada sauce that came with the shrimp. Our main course was the Cajun Alfredo chicken. It was delicious. We split the meal between the two of us."

"Per the Cowmunity's recommendations, I got the Naughty by Nature breakfast burrito. It comes with breakfast potatoes and is filled with tofu scramble, broccoli, roasted veggie sauce, avocado, Daiya cheese, and tater tots. It's covered in a mushroom gravy which I thought would be more like an imitation sausage gravy, but was still flavorful and tasty nonetheless! I wish the tofu scramble was a bit more flavorful and I really wish it had more avocado and tater tots (both were delicious! . Overall, it was very satisfying and filling like others said. I'll definitely visit here again to try another one of the items off their vegan menu or veganize a regular menu item!"

"An old favorite! was not even with mcalister, but in a cold night in the opposite, and a sandwich and a suppe sounded like the perfect dinner. the place was full, and the staff did their best; obviously short on the staff and some items out of stock. not easy for the personal, but everyone was as efficient and pleasant as possible. my club sandwich and chicken and emptying soup were perfectly prepared and tasted super. better than I remember and was happy to make a trip again soon, only for more mcalisters!"

"I have to eat. Seriously, these guys need more love. We have everything (loaded note, tacos, burgers, flower wings, grilled cheeze. of them and it was all AMAZING. The Lansing area desperately needs more of what these guys do. Try them for yourself, take your spouse, your mates, your big uncle Kevin, who should probably see more from outside anyway, your kids, your law enforcement, your friends from high school with whom you haven't spoken in 15 years, your parole officer, your lawyer, your financial advisor, your third cousin twice away. You have the idea. Eat here and bring them all. None of you will be disappointed (except perhaps your big uncle Kevin, he's just too hard to please these days. "This place is all vegan and owned by an MSU alumni!! All of the food is amazing and is basically a vegan version of Conrads/McDonalds but better! There are so many options to choose from but I am partial to the vegan breakfast burrito (which they serve all day)."
