"Ok listen. college kids will eat literally anything and say oh y 'know it 's okay . but in order to do that you have to actually get what you paid for. we ordered literally TWO bagels with cream cheese and it took them almost 15 minutes to ring us up and we DIDN 'T EVEN GET THE SECOND BAGEL. they have no first-in-first-out system because they do all the call-in orders before the walk-ins, even when a call-in order is EIGHT bagels and a walk-in order is ONE. two stars because i feel kind of sympathetic, it 's clear that the employees are familial with the chefs/owners/managers and not taking the job very seriously, and the bagel quality is not the worst, but the service was considerably disappointing."

"Service is terrible. Placed an order ahead of time to be picked up at 5pm. Got there at 5pm and the girl working the front said ~10 more min, okay that’s fine. About 20-30 minutes pass and another girl comes to the front, looks at me and my friend, then goes to the back and loudly says to her coworker “what are these 2 Asian people waiting for”. Well, if my order was ready at 5pm like it was supposed to, I wouldn’t be sitting around in your store until 5:45… also after all that time waiting they still managed to forget to give me one cookie from my order"

"I used to enjoy going here because it was good for the convenience. However, during my past couple experienced, I've come to realize how rude the employees are! They have no sense of customer service and are incredibly rude. This time, my order was made incorrectly because the worker misheard me. I told her and she asked me why I didn't tell her before she did it and that I already paid so she couldn't fix my order. They were so rude and turned me away from ever going back. Not worth it at all!"
