"First time ordering from here not usually a complainer but super happy and super not! Bad news first ordered the Prime Dip Sandwich and requested the horseradish on the side since we had not been there wasn apos;t sure if it was straight horseradish or creamy it is creamy but they completely slathered the sandwich and sent some in a side container and them completely forgot to send the au jus : !!! Not cool inedible! But we also ordered the Whole Chicken family dinner with Mac cheese and scalloped potatoes The chicken was fall of the bone tender and DELICIOUS! So flavorful! The mac was pretty good and the scalloped potatoes were fabulous! Only problem is they actually slopped some horseradish sauce on it probably while doing the sandwich : So kinda not happy but the chicken and scalloped potatoes are SO worth coming back for! :"

"The main reason for the review is to let others know they do not sell bread. Odd for a place calling themselves bread crafters. I had the Cali club. It was good. I thought it expensive but it was good. Service was unhelpful, not slow or mean just didn't help an obviously new customer with choices available. Food was good enough to go back."

"I would like to start by saying I have been going to Sardellas,this location specifically for over 30 years. What happened tonight was just appalling. I put in an online order for wings ONLY (LOVE the wings/tolerate the pizza). My friend goes to pick up the order, they don 't have it, so he puts in an order and informs me when he arrives. No big deal! I call because I did pay for the wings and wanted my money back. A lady named Nina (I think) answers the phone. She tells me that my order for 'Justin ' isn 't there and I need to call the other store. My name is Jessica and that was the name it was under AND I am looking at the confirmation screen that has their location. She puts Jason who identifies himself as the manager on the phone. I tried to explain the situation and he cuts me off saying we don 't have that order for pizza and wings. I explain I only have wings and can I give him the confirmation number. He tells me there 's no point he doesn 't have the order. At this point I tell him I 'm coming in. He 's adamant that I 'm at the wrong location and will not listen. I need to show him the confirmation. Please keep in mind I had stayed calm and I think pleasant but obviously irritated but not acting on it. This is important because Jason began to mock me to his coworkers in a nasty rude tone as if I had spoke to him that way before hanging up the phone or confirming I had. When I arrived at the store 10 min later they had all of a sudden found my order. The cashier (little older man) who had zero customer service skills just starts processing my refund. Jason just kept saying sorry especially after I advised him to properly hang up the phone before openly mocking them. By the way there were customers in the store when I got there so who knows if they were mocking me in front of other people. UPDATE Mike, the owner called me the next morning of leaving this review. We had a nice conversation where I truly felt like a valued customer. He assured me that a situation like this will not happen again. I will be giving them a second chance, if not for the very sweet owner, for the AMAZING wings!"
