"The bar snacks menu included tasty treats like Jonah Crab Hush Puppies and Duck Liver Mousse . . . not your typical bar fare (no sliders or nachos at this upscale bar). We ordered the Jonah Crab Hush Puppies and were rewarded with a plate filled with crispy, light as air hush puppies drizzled with Tabasco honey and served with a pepper vinegar mayo. "The best Italian restaurant on Federal Street. This guys take seriously the flavors and recipes from Italy. Authentic sauce, meatball, eggplant Parmesan and everything you want to taste. "Go-to spot when you’re around providence. Quality food, great ambiance, thoughtful touches that make it stand out from other cafes/ice cream stores. They have a whole array of yummy and unique flavors for your ice cream and at the register there is a cup of lactáid pills for who needs it. Loved this. The chai tea..yummyyy. The breakfast burrito also yummy. The home fries..ugh crisp to perfection. Solid spot overall to bring someone who’s hungry for breakfast-lunch time or stop by on the way from the park for a cold treat."

"Meet meat in the meeting street. since the 80s we are here, and it remains one of the best sandwich spots in providence with very favorable trips for high quality food. the sandwiches are huge and enveloped with meat, so they get a half, unless they want to share it or take it home. delicious desserts are also gigantic and beat everything they can get at one of the overrated cupcake extravaganzas. would be great if they finally expanded and went into the city."
