"Adorable little cafe on the main drag in Sackville, and their Americano is seriously the best coffee I 've ever had. Everything is made fresh, and the quality and care is apparent. They even display a list of all of their local suppliers for everything from their coffee to their meat. Plenty of vegan, vegetarian, local and gluten-free options, in all combinations. I got a quack madam (adorable name! , and was pleasantly surprised that it was served on French toast-style bread and with a nice green salad. I wish they had a more substantial patio or outdoor space because it gets quite hot inside, but perhaps in time and with continued success, it will happen for them!"

"My mother and I visited Sackville, and we heard quite a bit about Bridge Street Cafe, and about how it's healthy, organic, and accommodating for allergies. So, in a rush to get to a meeting, we decided to get breakfast there as it opens quite early.As we walk in, we are greeted by a puff of dust, but not greeted by the server. Now, I'm not in business or administration, but I'm pretty sure it should be the other way around. She finally acknowledges us after a while of us standing there and looking disoriented.Now, the thing is, my mother is allergic to a lot of sneaky ingredients, and I, unfortunately, with DNA, inherited 50% of those allergies. We usually have no problem at restaurants that are aware of what they put in their food and care about the satisfaction and well-being of their customers. Not this place however.After our elaborate attempts to elicit a confession from her about the ingredients, and her successfully keeping the state secrets safe, after almost reaching the point of waterboarding, a bag of pizza dough appeared from under the counter, and she finally confessed: "no ingredients".0/10, would not recommend to my mortal enemy."

"Glad we stopped here on our trip from Halifax to Saint John. We got there around 2:00 p.m. and they were already out of their sandwiches (all of which were vegan), but we got some yummy pizza rolls to tide us over. Also some of their homemade granola and homemade coconut bacon. Super friendly staff and really cute place."

"In my whole life I have never eaten so well (ok Whole Foods in Fort Lauderdale). This is food with love first and all organic products after. This is an experience. Many breads, soups, sandwiches, cookies, muffins. A day of the week is provided for gluten free cooking."
