"This is a hard criticism to write as some small optimizations could transform this evaluation into a 5. Let the big one out of the way: the food is excellent. The Rachel, the Super C and the cookies were all excellent. Even the iced tea was surprisingly refreshing. The salad had the best blue cheese dressing I?ve ever had and the combination of fruit, goat cheese, beet and green was excellent. The Rachel was perfectly cooked and delicious. And now for those not so great: coming here on the open side was perhaps not ideal. It seemed that food preparation could take a little longer than I expected. Not sure whether certain elements of the plate must be skipped before production, but it took a while. If this is only the speed of this restaurant, please do not forget. Next, the salt pepper shakers were not cleaned and pretty dirty. This is easy to fix and should be. Finally, the service was a 6 out of 10. If a somewhat cheaper attention was paid to our drinks, the service would go to 8 out of 10. Seems like a family business, so I do not expect (or even want in this type of operation) white globe treatment, but keep our drinks full is a simple correction. Also a friendly farewell goes far in such places. Conclusion: the food is some of the best I had. I really hope this restaurant stays here for many years and I believe it will be more attention to these very small details."

"Must have been a bad day at the office. Whomever I spoke with, to ask about an order for a wake, was very short with me, cut me off, and did not want to be helpful and answer a question before hanging up on me. Bad enough that I signed into Yelp to leave a review and I haven't done that in years. If you arent free to speak to your customers, don't answer the phone...? I bet your food is good, but your customer service needs addressing."

"We ate breakfast and lunch here for 3 days and never had the same. The vegan menu/options is impressive and delicious. Burritos, bowls, sandwiches, smoothies, coffee... everything was vegan and amazing. The owners and employees were friendly and reminded us every time we came in... they also know and understand what vegan means, whatever makes things easier. Sandwiches were the only non-vegan on the menu, but the owner made me a BYO, that was amazing! This is the perfect healthy and vegan option in Santa Fe."
