"As a manager in hospitality I recognise the stress and pressure of a busy rush. However... when I ordered an iced oat milk latte and recieved a hot latte, i politly said that i had ordered an iced one, the barista replied very loudly well I wish people would say what they want and not change their minds. This is an unacceptable and rude response. I fully accept she was stressed, but you do not speak to a customer in such way."

"Eating is excellent and they meet special nutritional requirements. the salat is always fresh and the staff is friendly. it is very clean and worth a visit. I find it much better than the Wiesenhall strain, because the menu is different and they still make the simply grilled chicken with a jacket kartoffel and veg. always fresh and delicious!"

"Classic sandwich and regular drink. I asked at till if a meal deal was any cheaper but before the young woman at the till could answer the older woman putting the salad on shouted that sandwich with drink was cheaper than a deal. I queried the price but the older one shouted the price of a drink and slammed my sandwich down on the worktop. I am sitting in the subway looking at a poster stating that a classic sandwich with regular drink and either crisps or cookie is £4.79. I have paid £5.08 for a squashed classic sandwich with regular drink without crisps or cookie. The young server was friendly and polite and I hope she does not learn how to serve from the older one. I have used the words hello , please thank you without raising my voice, shame I can not say the same about one of the servers."

"Went to Subway today with friends. They have a delicious selection of freshly baked breads and lots of sandwich topping, with everything laid out in front of you it is so easy to select all the toppings you want. We enjoyed our sandwiches and freshly...baked cookies too.The staff were friendly and polite. Only negatives were dirty tables, when there were two staff members and they weren't busy."

"Service getting worse, not worth the money even at half price. Half of toppings missing, what toppings they do put on I’m sure they’re thrown on from the balcony above, and then the driver squashes it/drops it on delivery....as well as parking in somebodies disabled spot ????"
