"They failed to process my prepaid order of 3 dozen cookies. Was told the manager or owner would call me to discuss and apologize. Did not happen! All they did was refund and didn't bother to find a solution or apologize! They keep deleting my Facebook reviews to hide how they failed and they don't care about their customers!"

"Vegan specific: her vegan red with cupcake is one of the best vegan baked goods I've ever had! they never guessed it was vegan (but thanks to it! her vegan cookie is a little less stellar, but nothing from the usual for vegan desserts, although and nothing that a few drinks can not repair. while not all their drinks can be adjusted vegan, the employees are known and accommodating. general: very nice location for indoor and outdoor seats! eating and drinks are quite expensive for a fancier bakery. freshly baked, but can cause charries to be sold out when they go later on the day."
