"Came to this location today less than an hour ago and saw a truck parked in front of the drive thru spot where you order. No one was in it. When you pull up to the window you can see workers inside. I called and after a couple of rings the call ended. I called back and someone answered. I asked ?are y?all closed today?? And he replied with ?yes?. I called 2 other locations nearby who both said they were open until 9pm today. If this location was really closed they would have a sign saying so at the drive thru window like all places do. Not park a truck in front so no one can start the drive thru timer or order. To whoever the franchise owner of this establishment is: you are either paying for employees to sit on the clock and do nothing for an entire day or have employees here who do not know how to properly inform the public that your location is closed. I will go elsewhere next time since this is how this location operates"

"Wow!! This is my reaction to Nana Bakes. My family and I attended the Druid City Arts Festival. OMG!! Trust me, wherever I see her, I will patronize her. The truth is not everybody is able to execute the art of baking. I know the hard work it takes due to my mom being a baker and chef. Nana is the truth; When you see Nana, drop that mouthwatering caramel peanut butter oatmeal cream pie and cookie in your mouth. Lol, Good Sweets!"

"Was excited to try this place, but ended up disappointed. Lavender is always my favorite flavor, but the one here is quite disgusting. The woman working there was not friendly, and she seemed annoyed when we walked in. When I tried the macaroon, I asked if I could possibly get another flavor instead. She looked at me laughed, and said no. Sorry, but with customer service like that, I will NOT be returning."
