"Thank you Cooper's Hawk for always being so accommodating. We are wine club member's and usually have a bottle of wine with dinner, but this time we were there for lunch and simply had a glass each. My wife had one of the newer ones and we did not think to ask about the price per glass. After our lunch we got the bill and her glass of wine was $17.50!! We understand this was on us but asked the server to confirm if this was correct and she said it was. While we were not happy, we understood that we failed to ask about the glass cost. She said she will talk to the manager if we were not happy. Again, we are always happy with Cooper's Hawk service but were floored at the price of the glass. After speaking with manager, the server was able to remove that glass cost from the check. Thank you so much for going above and beyond to take care of this. We now know, ordering a glass of wine- ask for the price first!!!"
