"I was at the Fehmelbauer 2015 during my holiday in Rieneck - my hosts directed me to the Fehmelbauer for the Schäuffele - it was outstanding, the service fast and efficient then as it was two days ago.The restaurant was full - got a place at the counter at no time was I served a perfectly drawn Pilsner, and the repeat Schäuffele was as gigantic as the one 2 years ago, super dumpling and most tasty.What is remarkable is that the whole restaurant is looked after by three extremely efficient ladies, serving food drinks, dessert, to I guess 50 a la carte customers.Good wholesome cost effective Franconian Food!!!"

"Of me there would be minus stars, I was a regular guest with the predecessors and paid for good food. But what I've experienced today cannot be torn!!! We came in, three guests at the table, day meal 1/2 duck ordered with two cashes price 17.90 Euro per person). Waiting time beaten 45 minutes, accepted and a great food hoped!!! My liver dump soup has been forgotten in the high-powering of three people!!! Then the big surprise, duck comes, with the monasteries, orange sauce you have to think more!!! sauce reordered, unfriendly operation, was probably too much required!!! The taste of the duck rather fade, the delicious orange sauce sour tastes more like vinegar as well as the wine-singing flavour!!! Honestly was asked if everything is good, answered with no!!! Didn't get over, sorry, but such a place with a high standard never sees me anymore. The next time you go to the old rifled fehmelbauer bar meter, cheaper and tastes as it belongs to German cuisine!!!"
