"(Dinner, 4 people, for us two with an invoice of over 65,40 € Tonight we went to the brickwork with friends. The girlfriend ordered an asparagus soup, her husband a tomato soup, my sweetheart a peas foam soup and I a curry foam soup. Different dishes were also chosen for the main course. Schwälmer Rumpsteak (sometimes well known from a previous visit; and a salad plate with spring rolls for our friends, Puten Cordon Bleu for my wife, and I chose a previously unknown pork fillet dish. You just have to read the map correctly! Now we realized that the small basket with olive bread is one of the soups, so it is in the menu. So no greeting from the house to the entrance was probably a unique experience at our first visit here. The soups did not come uninhabited at the same time, but peut a peut. Satte for eight minutes lay between my curry foam soup, which was first served, and the fourth soup for my wife! In the meantime, the asparagus cream soup came for the girlfriend, but was removed from the table a few moments later. We haven't seen anything like that before. An absurd situation. Just the girlfriend had tried the first spoon of soup, then the boss came and took the plate in words in the way you now put the spoon back and give me the soup again and disappeared without an explanation. The girlfriend was speechless: . A few minutes later the soup was delivered again, but the employees had no reason to kidnap the soup and promised to inquire with the boss. It was then later said that only the cream was sour. All in all a strange process. Tastefully, my curry foam soup had nothing to do with the panned shrimp and the salad. Pea foam soup, tomato soup and asparagus soup also liked. The following main course did not wait long. The Schwälmer Rumpsteak tasted our friend well, but there were no special hymns of praise. It seemed quite bloody to me, and I also noticed that the order did not ask for the cooking condition. The salad of the girlfriend with the little spring rolls seemed to have tasted, but there were no euphoric words about it. Well, it's enough if it tastes! I must confess that my pig fillets wrapped with parmaschinks left no lasting impression with me today, six weeks after the visit. I'm going through my head: earlier was better, and if you look at the course of our reviews, that's quite close. The Duchess Potatoes I had exchanged with Pommes; Here, as with our first visit, we were asked whether it would be enough. Keep the Cordon Bleu from my wife's turkey. That's what I found. I've been slapping the supplement salads. My sweetheart ordered a small supplemental salad, and I joined it by saying that I would take AUCH a supplemental salad. Not the small supplemental salad, but the larger version was delivered to me. It's not really fun. The judgment of my loved ones on salad: not satisfied! It's a smanding lump in the middle, not a salad. All right. We did not order a dessert, and there was no greeting of the house for farewell as the last time. Somehow everything was different. It has tasted, but the full 5 star rating, as with the first visit, we can no longer represent. Nevertheless, the place below our top 5 remains. "Once again we had friends with us as guests, and of course we wanted to show them what is so nice to discover in the Schwalm culinary experiences. Déjà vu? I started the last report of experience just a few weeks ago. And again it fits perfectly, and will surely do it many times. Today we had taken out the Hotel Landgraf. At Hotel Rosengarten, we had often fed enough together and we wanted to show something new. We have only haded a little since we have thought about our last experiences here. But the guests were already fire and flame during the proposal, as a well-known person spoke very positively about this restoration. So why not give another chance? The relatively short-term table reservation (1 week before showed that we should find ourselves better at 11:30, as from 12 a.m. a lot of operation would prevail. And we have taken care of this, because we rarely see each other, then the drum is to vote! I was pleased that we were able to make the reservation for the main house, which was always closed during our last visits. Instead, we had to take place in the so-called barn during the last visits. See also our previous experience report, where I even write that I would be happy to sit in the main house again. So once the first wish has been fulfilled : . Almost every minute we met one of our friends on the landgrapher, but probably their car. Oh, I guess I'm taking a seat. And so was it. Access was not through the main entrance, as a sign told us before the entrance, but through the beer garden: main entrance in the beer garden itself were occupied only separate tables. Everything looked calm. And inside we were the only guests. A couple should follow later, but we had our desired rest here. Unfortunately, however understandable, not the complete card is offered at noon, but only a selection. So we were able to choose from eleven main dishes, two presuppies and two salads. And there was something for each one of us. There was no drink card, but we didn't need it either. What I knew was that the Schwälmer Sack hadn't even told me at the time. So he's been leaving for me. And so it came that sweetheart and I made the same selection: the landgraph plate, which meant pork larvae with Rahmchampignons and pommes. Furthermore, Cordon bleu and Seelachsfilet were decided. The soups (beef and tomato cream didn't tell me, and that's how it was good for me at the main course! Time to look around a little. Mr. Rach would have had his true joy here, with all the crèche standing around. But it was all nicely covered and clean! Guest room in the main house Guest room in the main house Even before 12 o'clock we were served all our main dishes! That means no 20 minutes after ordering. So it was worth coming before 12:00. Of course only with the appropriate hunger. I would like to say in advance that all plates and dishes looked very appealing and beautifully dressed! This is a good start, or a good continuation. At first the supplemental salads came to the Landgraf plates. In addition, a terrine with salad dressing: supplemental salad I have the habit of taking my salads to me only after the main dish when they are served with it at the same time. In this case a lucky case, because as I had to find later, the salad was completely salted in the middle area. Also by adding salad dressing like my sweetheart suggested no more edible. Someone was very in love and dropped the salt pot. The salad of my loved ones was, by the way, identically salted. But there were a lot of different salads, and so there was a lot to be picked out. Shame, as already mentioned, the salad came out visually totally good! Well, as well as the subsequent main dishes. So we thought that we could immediately pay if the new guests brought the tickets or the order is received. Both happened, but we were comforted with me coming to them right away. Girlfriend slowly became impatient and went on the way to the beer garden to express a memory. Ultimately, the boss appeared personally at the table and said if we were to tell her what we had fed, she would take the bill here at the table. Sayed. Perhaps the cash machine was defective or the service forces overloaded. At least I didn't want to pass on an invoice and I was happy with the manual bill. It should be sufficient as a certification. I have the impression that in many restaurants waiting times for invoices are often much more disturbing than waiting times for food and drinks. So in the way: to satisfy all guests with food and drinks first. It's gotta be paid. They can't run away. Not important. I don't see that. And if we are asked to come earlier, because from 12 a.m. there will be great urge, why not plan the number of service personnel accordingly? Well, maybe there were unplanned failures. You don't know that as a guest. Conclusion: Mainly the friends were satisfied and fortunately this was the case. I am not satisfied. I prefer the delicious fried loins on the other side of the street (at €16.90 even cheaper than here!) where you can receive and say a greeting of the house. Where you really feel as a welcome guest and consider attentions that are not self-evident. All this was missing. Then the impression of mass production is more likely. In any case, the operation is in alignment. And it doesn't matter if we prefer to eat somewhere else.
