"My wife and I took a car drive on Easter Monday and ended up in Unteriberg, Switzerland at lunchtime. By chance we chose Restaurant "Alpenblick". Everything was perfect. The Restaurant is the traditional low-ceiling, wood paneled Swiss restaurant. But there the similarities ended. The cutlery was solid silver, the wine glasses crystal, the crockery Villeroy and Boch, and the table-cloths thick woven linen. We had the day's menu and it was served elegantly over 1½ hours. The food was magnificent. The prices where average for Switzerland, which translates into value for money considering the standard of the food. The atmosphere was friendly and obviously many local families were dining there. The owning Family made the rounds and greeted everybody personally. It was one of those days when you just get lucky."
