"The personal was really friendly, and I like itsu to get into the culinary experience. Kinda comes as a bad Yo-Sushi. instead of using a QR code, there is a kiosk system, and instead of a conveyor belt, they go and collect it themselves. the kiosk had the wrong descriptions, so to get the vegan sushi plate, they had to order the picture that something else said. If they had ordered it with names, they would have gotten a little laugh. not great. eating was really fast, and the staff at the collection site were nice and even offered to carry my tabletts! the food itself was ok. good value, but a little exaggerated to time. a lot of ginger and coriander that knocks the head a bit. all in all a decent experience that was only improved by the beautiful personal."

"Ordered via the app to be collected by my partner on his way home from work. He had to wait a few minutes for the prepaid order but that was fine. When he brought it home and I began to open my burger box, I was astonished to see my burger with no top on the bun. I had also ordered a krusham but as they had none they had sent me a coke instead but no mention of a refund for the difference. Very annoyed as I was so looking forward to my kfc after my 3 hour drive back from Norfolk today."
