"We ended taking a friend here for a nice quiet dinner and great conversation. We like this restaurant for it's good food and quiet family friendly atmosphere. Again we were not disappointed."

"I stopped here for the night. So had food at the truckstop restaurant. The waitress was prompt to take order and bring out the food. The problem was she was no where to be found to get coffee refill. Got my own the first refill...secind one I had to stop her to get the next one. When I was done I sat and waited for bill. She wasnt anywhere. I stood at cash counter for almost 10 mins. I seen come into the back of kitchen so I went to kitchen and ask for her to give me bill she told me she would be there soon. I gave her option to follow me to the till or I was leaving because I stood at cash counter already for 10 mins. She said no way you havent waited that long. Customer in the corner spoke up and said yes he has."

"A first for husband and me. This restaurant is more of a 'bar and grill' type. It has outdoor sitting available as well as ample indoor space. The wait staff is very friendly and helpful for 'first timers' explaining the menu which is basically a la carte ordering for sides. Main dishes do not come with any sides. We found that the sides were ample enough to share because the main entrees are huge! We each enjoyed a sliced brisket sandwich with smokestack corn (which is like a chowder) and coleslaw (vinegar based). We thoroughly enjoyed our meal and people watching."
