"This is located in strip mall area attached to the Wal Mart shop center in Auburndale. Another one that’s tricky to get into if you’re coming from Winter Haven, have to watch fast for the turn – but another road entrance a little further on. It’s also in with Long John Silver’s – I’m not sure how that really works (2 franchise in one), but the same folks take your order, fix your food and it’s usually “good stuff”… once they accidentally put jalopeno cheese spread on mine instead of regular cheese, and I didn’t know til I got home, but, I called and they said they’d make it up next time, which they were true to their word! I’ve always tried to get there for seniors double discount day, but it’s worth it even when I don’t! The service is always quick, excellent – the people are great – usually same staff of good folks – I like to sit down there, but this was another “take home” trip."

"We have been to this restaurant 3 times since moving back to Auburndale. My husband got the oyster basket and i got the shrimp basket. Nicely done..decent sized shrimp and tasty. Service was impeccable. Paul is just attentive enough to make sure you need anything or not but is not overly pushy like at some places. Last time we got their BOGO of steamed shrimp to go and i must say the shrimp were done perfectly. So many places either over good or undercook shrimp. Todaywe got their special. It was soooo amazing. 5 lbs of seafood for $65!! you just can't beat that. 1 lb. headless shrimp (or head on if you want) 1 lb crab 1 lb black mussels 1 lb crawfish 1 lb sausage. plus you get 4 corn on thecob halves and 4 small potatoes. Everything was again done to perfection. I have had many southern or low country boils etc. but these outdid them all. We took half of it home! Again Paul made sure we had everything we needed and atperfect intervals. It takes a lot to impress me especially with seafood. Twisted Crab has easily reached my 5 star level!."

"We went as a recommendation for their sandwiches. A small diner atmosphere with paper boats for food service but with sit down service prices.The staff was nice, at arrival we were the only ones there to eat but another group came in to eat outside before we left."

"So good I went two days in a row. In this area for work and found Tantrums wake board cable park that has this little Cafe inside. Food was fresh and tasty. Monday I had the Wave bowl with blackened shrimp and today I had the grilled chicken BLT. Both were very good ????????"
