"Until recently, I was a regular customer at Singapore Garden. My family and I have frequented this restaurant for over 15 years, but the abysmal customer service and substandard food quality has entirely put me off. Our small group arrived to the empty Singapore Garden...to celebrate a birthday. A surly waitress took our order, but she was too impatient to wait for us decide, so we ordered a spring roll. Two or three other groups arrived long after we ordered, but 25 minutes later no one came to take our order. One of the customers even called the front desk on his cellphone to remind the waitress that we were indeed still in the restaurant, still hungry, and still waiting for our order to be taken. The waitress was extremely rude to this customer and said she will serve their table last. After having waited 45 minutes for someone to take our order, we decided to leave. Our order came out, sopping in grease and considerably undercooked. We had our coats and were ready to leave, but the waitress insisted we pay for the meal. Disgusting. I will not return again. No wonder this place is always empty. Also, have you seen the hookers at the HoJo next door? Simply unappetizing."

"The lunch menu at this restaurant is excellent; good food, good portions, great price and great service. The hot and sour soup is a personal favourite, some days I just get a large bowl instead of the lunch version. The restaurant isn't very large and is frequently full Friday mid-day. I highly recommend the Mongolian beef!"

"Worst delivery service. Had ordered through Uber at 8:15 pm and they canceled my order at 10:20pm after delaying it. This is ridiculous by the restaurant. I am left with no food at the middle of the night when I was waiting for my order patiently. Now tell me who is responsible for me staying hungry when I thought I would receive my food, though it was delayed a bit ? This restaurant better give me a compensation for this ridiculous service.Ordered food and then cancelled it without reason and keeping a customer hungry at the middle of the night. Worst experience at this restaurant."

"I have eaten here a few times now. I have had crepes and the JB's Early Bird sandwich for Sat Bruch. I have also had Family Meal #1 & #2 always delish and left overs. The Fish and Chips are light flaky and so good. Mac n Cheese is my fave and so are the burgers. In fact I haven't had anything I didn't enjoy from the start to finish here. Chef and JB are hillarious. I love following the posts on Facebook. These guys are doing fresh food right in a take out/ fast food environment. They don't rush and they make sure they do it right. Also available for delivery on Uber Eats and Skip the Dishes. Try it and review it lets pack this place."

"Food is always tasty, Jerk bowl is very nice but I wish they wouldnt put the gravy all over the meat to make it wet, gravy should always be on the side so the customer can use desecration on how much they want. Otherwise, food is always great, best things for me are the red peas soup, curry goat and peanut porridge, dumplings are always EXCELLENT as well. Not sure why the door dash app is showing pictures of Chinese dumplings, Jamaican dumplings are big and round and thats what is sold there, its a misrepresentation for those who are not accustomed to Caribbean cuisine. Overall Excellent Service and Friendly staff even when extremely busy. Big thank you to the owners and staff for such good services."
